Services
The Toyota Tarago needs to
be left with Right Price Conversions for approximately
2 weeks for the conversion process. During this
time our fully licensed mechanics, panel beaters
and body makers install:
Power hoist or Ramp,
Heavy duty rear spring,
and all appropriate restraints.
To achieve this a section of
the floor in the vehicle is removed in the rear
centre of the vehicle. A well section made from
a steel sheet is welded into the vehicle to provide
access for a wheelchair from the rear. The well
section is reinforced with steel strap and RHS
members and provides a flat floor for the wheelchair.
The third row seat is provided
with additional mountings which allow it to be
moved forward when the vehicle is carrying a wheelchair.
This modification provides
a seating capacity in the vehicle of the driver;
plus 4 people plus the person seated in the wheelchair;
or 7people seated without the wheelchair passenger.
After the work has been completed
Right Price Conversions supply a full Engineer’s
Certificate.
